The panel fits into a standard ceiling grid (recessed installation) or can be surface-mounted with the included frame. No structural penetration is needed. Electrical connection is 100–240V AC via a standard driver. A qualified electrician is required for connection, but no specialist lighting contractor is needed.

How long does shipping take to Finland and the Nordic countries? ▾
Sample and small orders (1–2 units) arrive in approximately 7 calendar days. Bulk project orders (3+ units) take 10–15 days from order confirmation. All shipments are tracked and insured. We ship to Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
Does the panel support continuous CCT dimming from 2700K to 6500K? ▾
Yes. The Smart Series supports continuous CCT adjustment between 2700K and 6500K via the Tuya app, DALI, or 0-10V control. The 24-hour auto mode cycles through the full range automatically. Fixed CCT versions (3000K, 4000K, 6500K) are also available for projects that require a specific colour temperature.
What is the warranty? ▾
All YUERSky panels carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects. The rated lifespan is 50,000 hours — approximately 25 years at 6 hours per day. If a panel fails within the warranty period, we arrange replacement without charge.
Is the voltage compatible with Finland and the EU? ▾
Yes. All panels operate on 100–240V AC, which is fully compatible with the Finnish and EU standard of 230V. No voltage transformer or adapter is required.
Can I order a sample before committing to a project quantity? ▾
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 2 units, which allows you to install a sample in your showroom or a client site before specifying a full project order. Sample pricing is the same as the standard retail price. Contact us to discuss your sample requirements.
What room sizes are each panel suitable for? ▾
As a general guide: 300×300mm (30W) for up to 2 m²; 600×300mm (48W) for 3–4 m²; 600×600mm (60W) for 6–8 m²; 300×1200mm (72W) for 6–8 m²; 600×1200mm (100W) for 10–15 m². For larger spaces, multiple panels are installed in a grid. Contact us for a layout recommendation for your specific project.
How realistic does the sky effect look in a real installation? ▾
The visual effect is highly convincing when installed flush into the ceiling with appropriate framing. The sky image is printed or embedded into the PMMA diffuser layer, creating depth and realism. The psychological benefit — the sensation of overhead daylight — is effective even when the "skylight" is clearly understood to be artificial.
